【尖子透視】15名資優生打破「不合群」奪獎 資優課程經理分享團隊致勝秘訣

大概因為資優學生擁有追求完美，喜歡挑剔、改完又改、想法太多的性格特質，不少人認為他們難於合作，是不合群的族類。但是事實是否真的如此？ 早前，15位香港資優教育學苑(學苑)學員一同參加了「JA 學生營商體驗計劃2021/22」(下稱JA) ，憑著可分拆及自由配搭的筆記本： 1. 日曆記事本、2. 自由記事本 、3.自定形記事本。用家可度身訂做，創出獨特的記事心情筆記本，勇奪JA「最佳陳列獎」冠軍及「最佳商品獎」季軍，成績教人眼前一亮，到底他們的致勝秘訣在於甚麼？

世界與科技日新月異，黃金耀博士認為不宜過早定性孩子的發展方向，應持開放態度。他以個人成長經歷展示，人生就如馬拉松，起跑線不等於終點線，目的地不斷轉變，小時候的成績不代表往後的發展。最重要是訓練學生的思維，讓他們懂得辨別資訊真假、解決困題。除此之外，同理心、溝通合作等技能亦相當重要，這些是電腦或人工智能暫時仍不能取代的。
