【情緒管理 】資優生容易忽略情意需求 孩子出現負面情緒請不要即時指責

疫情持續，導致生活出現變奏，家長和孩子的日常常規，無論是工作、校園日程、疫苗通行證或快速檢測等的安排亦時有變動，每天面對不同的挑戰及層出不同的壓力。作為家長需要引導孩子進行自我調整，靈活地分配時間，採取不同的方法舒緩壓力，再次重投校園生活。

香港資優教育學苑學員關澔庭、鄧棨陽及何卓，以柑橘類果皮發明可食用餐具，在「2022年日內瓦國際發明展」奪得銅獎，究竟他們的發明有何獨特之處？原來，他們留意到在疫情下即棄塑膠餐具激增，嚴重威脅本港生態環境，於是忽發奇想，利用西柚皮、檸檬皮等柑橘類果皮作為原材料，再運用工程思維，製作出可食用餐具，希望藉此減輕塑膠餐具對堆填區造成的壓力。

還記得大女兒出生的過程非常驚險，當年採用無痛分娩，在下半身沒有知覺、毫無痛感的情況下，不知道如何正確用力，即使用上產鉗及真空吸盤等輔助生產器械，仍未能協助分娩出嬰兒。主診醫生惟有急召麻醉科醫生到產房準備剖腹，就在這關鍵時刻，我運用全身最大力氣把女兒生了出來！當醫生把這個小粉團放在我胸口時，看到紫紫紅紅的皮膚顔色，我的心情瞬間滑倒谷底，以爲孩子因爲生產時間過長導致缺氧，再加上使用產鉗在她臉上留下的紅痕，我即時哭了出來。
